Store Manager
We are looking for experienced, driven, and friendly individuals to help support and manage our stores. If you have a passion for leading and helping others, this position could be the right opportunity for you.
Counterman
As a Counterman, you will be the first friendly face our in-shop customers see. You will be responsible for assisting and serving our customers in store.
Driver
Working as a Delivery Driver is a great opportunity for people who want to be outside serving our customers. You will be responsible for picking up and delivering parts to customers around our local area.
Warehouse Operations
Warehouse Operators are responsible for keeping our shelves stocked and maintained. You will help with incoming deliveries, inventory refreshment, and pulling parts for outgoing orders.
Inside Sales
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will help manage the relationship NAPA has with its customers. You will assist in creating programs and promotions, work closely with others to improve sales opportunities, and will act as a problem solver for our stores.
Outside Sales
An Outside Sales Representative's main responsibility is to help grow our current customer base by promoting our services and products. If you are self-motivated, customer-focused person, and enjoy creating partnerships, this may be the position for you.
